Part 1 of 2
Directing Character Movement (Locomotion) – Muvizu utilizes a mouse-based system to navigate characters from one point to another, referred to as Locomotion. You can adjust a recorded character’s movement by dragging the light blue event block to the desired spot on the timeline.
In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to move your character a step forward or in any direction, including making 180-degree turns. We’ll focus on the necessary steps to set up your planned movement before recording. Topics covered include single-step character movement, walking modes, walking in place, viewing the completed walk path on the set and timeline, adjusting actions in the timeline, walking up and down stairs, camerawork, and more.
